Shipping

We currently ship throughout South Africa.

 

Processing Time

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

 

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2–5 business days

• Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

We want you to love your Roti Sleeve. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition.

• It is returned with all original packaging.

• It is free from stains, damage, odours, or signs of use.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product. We'll gladly arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or altered unless they are faulty.

 

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
